National Children's Study/Ramsey County Launch 2011

You are invited to a special event on Monday, January 24, 2011, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm to celebrate the National Children's Study launch in Ramsey County.

Local health experts and policy leaders will reflect on the health and well-being of our children, today and in the future.

Confirmed speakers include:

• Senator Ellen Anderson, Minnesota State Senate, District 66
  
• Ken Bence, Director of Community Health Initiatives, Medica Health Plans, and President, Minnesota Public Health Association
  
• Commissioner Toni Carter, Ramsey County Board of Commissioners, District 4
  
• Dr. John Finnegan, Dean, School of Public Health, University of Minnesota

Local investigators will provide an update on the Study in Ramsey County.

The event will be held at the Wilder Foundation in St. Paul with a reception following the program.
